Innovate Web Designs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges the importance of intellectual property and expects that our users will honor these rights as well. In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement occurring via our service if such reports are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the notice template below.

If you hold a copyright, are authorized by the copyright holder to act on their behalf, or possess any exclusive rights under copyright, we ask you to report any suspected copyright infringements occurring on or through our site (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Once we receive the Notice as specified below, we will take suitable action, at our discretion, which may include removing the disputed content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works, you may furnish a representative list of those works.
2. Identify the material or link that you consider to be infringing (or the subject of infringing behavior) that should be disabled, including at least the URL associated with the link as it appears on the Site or the precise location of the material in question.
3. Provide your business affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, contact number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include both of these statements within the Notice:
* "I hereby affirm that I have a good faith belief that the disputed utilization of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (e.g., fair use)."
* "I certify that the information provided in this Notice is true and correct, and under the penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is claimed to be infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or handwritten signature.

Please be aware that pursuant to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal accountability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or access to which was disabled, does not infringe upon copyright, or you hold permission from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or under applicable law to use and display the content, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access was disabled and the location of that content prior to its removal or restriction;
3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content was a result of an error or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, contact number, email address, a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement indicating your acceptance of service from the individual who provided the initial notification of the copyright infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy of that counter-notice to the original complaining party, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner takes legal action against the content provider or user, the content may be reinstated or access may be restored within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In line with the DMCA and pertinent laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are recognized as repeat infringers in suitable scenarios and at our discretion. Additionally, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether they have a history of repeat infringement.
